"Hot like suana. They should have option for cold air instead of hot since the aircond is heated. And window is not opened. We were sweating like pigs. My room is like suana. The corridor of my room is much much cooler than room."

"Above and beyond. The staff was so sweet and the breakfast staff went above and beyond with my gluten allergies. Day one with language barrier and using google translation I was able to let the staff know I don't want any food with any type of sauce just to be safe. The next morning they made me special breakfast separate from the service bar. I don't eat much in Japan but having a full breakfast in the morning really helped as would fill up with fruits and vegetables through out the day. We...

"The room is nice. We got the loft, if you have young children or older people. The stairs are very steep and hard to get to upper bunk. It also kind of feel claustrophobic staying on the upper bunk area. Regular rooms are nicer"
