Amazing view and excellent service The hotel offers a stunning view of Yokohama. The staff were very kind and attentive - even though the system was down and the check-in took a bit longer, they kindly offered us a complimentary drink while we waited. This is a beautiful hotel located on the water. It was close to all sightseeing along the waterfront. The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom could use an update but was clean and functional. The breakfast buffet was amazing with Japanese and western options.

Had 2 Premium Rooms, 2 Twin Beds, Harbor View (High Floor). Awesome view and area. Comfortable room. Good air-conditioning, no smell. Breakfast buffet had a lot of choices in a nice bright room. Loved this hotel and will definitely come back.

Excellent location to visit all the sights

We stayed here for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hotel and staff were excellent, efficient and very helpful. The area was great to visit all the sight without having to take a taxi. Would definitely recommend

Entire Staff is friendly and helpful. Just minutes away walking to Yokohama Metro Station and mall and steps from the most fun experiences in the city. I highly recommend
