Better than expected

I loved this facility; rooms were modernized with decent shower and bath tub stalls, and breakfast buffet was simply great. My only complaint would be access to Yokohama station due to hectic travel; however, i've seen ongoing constructions, so there will be more improvements for sure.

チェックイン時に混んでおり時間が掛かった。(時間帯にもよるのかなぁ) 部屋の清掃状態はとても良く、アメニティグッズの取り揃えも良かった。 ラウンジを利用したが、そちらも楽しく利用出来てとても良かった。

チェックインからチェックアウトまで、とにかくスタッフのみなさまの接遇が素晴らしくて、感動しました。 そしてお部屋もお手洗いとバス、洗面がセパレートにアップグレードしていただけて、バスソルトのお風呂にゆったり浸かって穏やかに過ごせた事も有難かったです。 　ホテルから利用させていただいたタクシーの運転手さんも、スーツケースでも便利なエスカレーターがる入口付近を案内してくださり、土地勘のないわたしに駅へのアクセスを丁寧に教えてくださいました。 最初から最後まで、すべてにおいて心地よく快適で素敵な滞在となりました。ありがとうございます。

Highly recommend the Hilton Yokohama. After travelling for 24 hours we really appreciated the huge room with an empress king bed (very comfortable), separate toilet, and huge shower and bath combo, fridge and kettle. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Not too walkable but taxis were always available at the front desk. Had dinner at the Ocean Milano restaurant inside the hotel. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable getting us a Gluten Free dinner which was delicious. Lots of activities, parks, etc. around Yokohama.

This is a high end hotel. Spacious, clean, well matched furniture, beautiful hotel over all! Their see ice service is excellent! My friend recommended this hotel and I’m glad that I followed her advice! Hi to ly recommended!!
