"As usual, the new n house phone is not working so I can’t order room service. Can’t bother to report to the management as I did last time but the manager did not do any thing about it. And the mini fridge is not cold at all just like last time. Good location with shopping mall and lots of food surrounding. I choose here is not because of the hotel but the location"

"This homestay is part of a condo. Unfortunately, there was a strong sewage smell in the toilet and drilling during the day. The paint in the rooms was also peeling. On the positive side, the location was convenient, the pillows were comfortable, and the towels were clean. Other than that, we would choose to stay somewhere else in the future."

Breakfast was satisfying, and the room was well-equipped and exactly as shown in the photos. Special thanks to the staff and security team for their kindness and prompt help when we misplaced our phone—they were very supportive throughout. Overall, a pleasant stay with friendly service. Highly recommended!"
