"The hotel is located close to the more peaceful part of the park - this means however that a lot of driving or long transfers are needed for the Eastern parts. "I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, I was greeted at the airport and also dropped off, the staff were friendly, the check in process was easy, the location was close to town but not busy, all my questions were answered and I felt very comfortable and safe. Our suite room was spacious, but the bed was very uncomfortable to our liking (too soft and lumpy) and the linens and bathroom were not exceptionally clean. The breakfast was good!
