"The hotel and staff were very helpful and professionally. The rooms were confortable and clean. The breakfast staff are very friendly. Location is far from city center but very safe. The location is in a vsry ruch area and don"t expect any friendly people. Ashame because the hotel is very elegant. "

"The hotel infrastructure, location and rooms are excellent. The staff is very friendly but a bit cumbersome to deal with. The only weak points are in the bathroom, as the shower and faucet controls are rather worn and rusty. They should be renewed."

"When planning our trip we had no idea what to expect other than the Mandarin Oriental is known for luxury. I cannot say enough about how nice, happy and accommodating the staff at this M.O. are. The room was very well appointed and large! Temperature perfect! OMG the shower was the best we have ever experienced!! If you havent yet join the Fans of M.O.! They have amazing experiences and specialty things they do for you and we had a couple really nice surprises!! To name a few staff that went above and beyond were Stephanie from guest relations, Andres the concierge, Karen in the bar and Alonzo(forgive me if I spelt it wrong) the bellhop. These people and many more whose names escape me made this feel like home! "
