"I love this place! These cabins are located right on Lake Yelcho and have absolutely amazing views. The property is a beautiful rural farm with horses roaming free. The owners are a very sweet couple and they were very helpful, flexible, and accommodating. The cabins are beautiful and the fire was already started for us when we arrived. They provided food for us to make breakfast in the kitchen and they brought us a delicious meal right to our room! It was the best meal we had in Chile! They...

"The location on the lake is extremely beautiful. All the cabins are private, secluded, and have a nice view. The staff were professional and pleasant, and the host was especially helpful with recommendations for what to do during my visit (everything was closing early for the season due to the coronavirus crisis). "For the price this is not a good hotel. Pools abandoned, bathrooms lack maintenance with tile falling, inflexible with transportation. The restaurant has fallen in quality since last time I was there 4 years ago and there are no other options. Its a nice location isolated and quite with nice hot spring pools, but not worth the very high price. Plus now they charge extra for kayaks and spa. "

"This property has the potential to hit top mark. However the kindness of the staff and the magnificent location -although extremely remote- cannot make up for everything. A very poor wifi - that the absence of tv makes even more painful- the absence of laundry and an overall lack of good maintenance of the place and appliances in general makes it a tiny bit too bohemian to my test. This being said, I loved my stay at the Hacienda!"
