Cari Hotel di Magallanes

"Nacho ( I hope I spell it correctly ) is super nice."

"Debiera cambiarse la tina de baño por plato de ducha, para ofrecer al adulto mayor. Gracias"

"Clean room, great bar, breakfast solid. Nice central location."

"Very clean and staff was great. "

"Gorgeous hotel in the most incredible area, local to everything! Within a few blocks you have a view of the city or a waterfront with restaurants, pharmacy, souvenir shop, coffee shops and the most magnificent City Square right out of the steps of this hotel. Did I mention how Gorgeous it is? But it is definitely a step into the past. My key was a "skeleton key"! And be aware, there are no elevators and the hotel lobby is initially up a flight of stairs.. Breakfast was minimal but included...

"The hotel is in a very old, charming, building with an interior that almost brings to mind colonial times. That said, it is showing some wear and tear and the old heating system was definitely keeping things toasty despite the cold weather. Staff was excellent and very friendly and most, but not all, could communicate in English. The breakfast is very mediocre with just toast, single-serving yoghurt, cereal, juice and coffee. There was also something that looked like scrambled eggs and it...

"Great place to stay. Great staff. Delicious dinner and breakfast. Only caveat is at the moment (26 September 26) the hotel is adding a large extension to the building so there was a lot of building work noise till 6.30pm and it started again at 9am. Because of the noise it was difficult to relax."

"Nice place for quick stays in Punta Arenas. Incredible host, close proximity to the airport, and nice amenities."

"Big room with breakfast in the fridge and snacks, coffee and tea replenished daily. Very clean room, friendly front desk and easily walkable to downtown for shopping and restaurants."

"Had limited parking which required coordination but worked out. Didn't realize staff needed to meet you on arrival as the reception is not staffed all the time. It was fine but made for a bit chaotic check-in when it was not planned. The room was nice but we were in the front of the hotel and it was a bit loud from other guests coming and going at night. "

"Great option for backpackers. Good included breakfast, hot hot shower and bed was great. The gentleman at the desk saved me by helping me figure out how to get a new tourist card at investigative police station. Highly recommend"

"This stay was awesome. Start to finish the communication between the owner and Max helped us through all our needs. I was going to the marathon and they gladly accommodated my guests. If I had needs Max was on top of it. I only wish I had more time to hang out with Max around the fire pit. Would recommend the safe and hospitality to everyone and will wish to come back soon."

"Other than the security concerns below, overall this is a nice accommodation. Not too far from the city centre, great price, and a simple but decent breakfast. Room was comfortable. There were two issues however, that might make me try a new place next time. Although the quiet hours were after 11pm, there was significant noise in the common area until 12:30am and starting again at 7am when we were there. This may not be something the hostel can control though. More importantly, however, it seems...

"Hotel is in a great location, however the hotel is very tired and needs work. Staff could not be more amazing. Extremely helpful in all aspects. Breakfast is basic."
