"Great staff and location Luxury room and breakfast "

"Early check in not provided even though I bought a high end room. Bathtub drain didn’t work. After the tub was full of water. The very nice and professional engineer fixed the mechanism but the drain was still very slow. Alternative room was at the back of the building instead of the view room with the malfunctioning drain. "

They went above and beyond in every possible way. We will definitely return to Chile because of our wonderful experience and make sure that we’ll stay here in Santiago or at the Singular in Patagonia. Thank you for everything, Singular team!! "
