This is by far the best value-for-money hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff is very professional, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The location is perhaps one of the best in Santiago. It is located in a quiet and safe street, surrounded by restaurants and stores. If you ever stayed at The Chandler Hotel in NYC, the Capital Bellet Hotel exceeds it in value by miles. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Santiago.

The rooms are a nice size. Staff speak English well. Beds were comfortable. Ate at restaurant. The breakfast was good. Dinner has a good menu and food is good. The location is close to the old town core, Plaza de Armas. You can walk it, subway or take a taxi/ride share from the hotel location for a minimal cost. The taxi, what we used, was $15.00 Canadian the subway now accepts foreign credit cards for purchase of subway tickets that started in March, 2026

The room.was fine and clean. There are plenty of stores, cafes, great walks, restaurants and nice neighborhood. The staff were very forthcoming and we.apptrciated their help. Our sole complaint is that the broken elevator must get fixed. It took us over 20 minutes to get an elevator with room enough for us for.check in this morning.

The hotel is in a good, quiet, and safe location. The staff are relatively friendly. The cleanliness is 8 out of 10. The hotel does not have shampoo, shower gel or lotion, which they could implement. The hotel was very noisy; we could hear everything from our room. But one of the most annoying things was that the housekeeper made a lot of noise starting at 9 am. Personally, I wouldn't stay here again because of the noise.

they clean the room every day. They cleaned the bathroom. It’s great. Staff is nice. Breakfast is good. Would be nice if they mix it up instead of having exactly the same things every day. No gym. Not a lot of seating space in the lobby as you wait for the flight after a checkout.

There is no Gym in the property, the staff is Chilean, therefore friendliness is not part of their culture. They were helpful enough. Nothing bad. Breakfast is great. The room was very nice, clean and modern with great AC.
