"Great location. The hotel is nondescript and has no signage indicating its presence. Very good breakfast. You’ll hear lots of bird sounds there including roosters that start their cries very early in the morning. There are other residences around the hotel, so you’ll hear their sounds as well, including their late-night music and banter. "

"Hotel is a bit old but otherwise well-maintained and clean. Room was spacious. Bed was squeeky and not that comfortable, but I only stayed for 7 hours so can’t really complain. It was quite busy when I got there at 10 pm, with multiple people checking in, but they were efficient. Check out was very quick. Literally, just crossed the road to get to the domestic airport. "

"Absolutely unsurpassed service - from the moment we reached the hotel to departure, seamless customer first service that made us feel so valued. Beautiful room with huge windows, thoughtful turn down service with touches that I hadn’t experienced in other hotels, one of the best hotel breakfasts that I’d ever seen, gorgeous communal spaces and a well-equipped gym. Highly highly recommend."

"Hotel is closed (walking distance from the central station if you need to take a train). The staff is helpful. The breakfast is good, but it will be nice to have different daily options. I wanted to take the time to thanked the restaurant staff, specially Wilrmet and the lady they did an amazing job. "

"Stayed 4 nights and this is an amazing way to experience Torres Del Paine. We’d spend hours just staring at the view from the hotel. But it was also so easy to access the various hikes and sights of the park. The food was consistently good (some of the best we had on our trip through South America) and the staff was so friendly and professional. On-site trekking company meant we always had the choice to do something, although we had a car so could venture off on our own too. Hopefully we’ll be...
