"Our flight was delayed 14 hours, so we managed to get a booking here, Juan was amazing and gave us an early check in so we could drop our bags and go out for the day in Santiago, location is handy to plenty of shops and not too far of a walk to San Cristobal. We also ended up having dinner before we went back to the airport, and the food was amazing. Should we find ourselves back in Santiago we will be sure to stay here again. Thanks Juan."

"Hostal con las 3B. Lo único malo que no me gustó es que en las terrazas no aplican la regla de no hacer ruido para no molestar a los demás huéspedes, y en las habitaciones contiguas a la terraza se escucha todo"
