"Our stay at Puyuhuapi Lodge was, regrettably, far below expectations. To begin with, one must book the boat to access the hotel, which is understandable; however, despite having two boats, several guests were left waiting for 20 minutes due to limited space. "Unique location on the beach but very old house and no service out of season"

"Nice hotel but outdated. No coffee maker in the room, had limited mini bar, no glasses available in the room (had to call room service for glasses). Gym was closed for renovations but that was not shown upon making the reservation. I was recommended a nearby gym by the staff but ended up being a waste of time. They had no daily passes, only monthly or yearly. They were rude and not willing to help (Sportlife Angamos) The hotel should have had an alternative for us, free of charge, for us to w/o....

"Hugo picked up from airport which I really appreciated. Location was spacious, clean and on the Main Street, so was close to shopping and dining options. The only recommendation is to make sure television is available. "
