"Good stay affected by the worst and laziest housekeeping I've ever experienced. Rooms were never cleaned before 4 pm despite several reminder calls a day. I stayed for 6 days and they only changed the sheets on day 5, only because I asked them to. To top it off, I told the room cleaner that I would leave a tip on my final morning. That was the only time in 6 days he bothered to show up in the morning. Shame on Pullman for hiring such lazy employees. Not staying here again. "

"Very large rooms. Wonderful gym and breakfast was plentiful. What made this stay special was the staff. They went out of their way to make us feel extra special. "

"Pool was poor, huge building site made the pool area extremely windy and lack of sunlight. Rooms don't have fridges which I find ridiculous in KSA with the temperature being over 35 degrees in the summer."
