Courteous and prompt customer service. I stayed in quad room with Kaaba view as I was travelling with 4 little ones. The view is spectacular. My kids told me it was the best vacation ever and they want to come back again and stay in the same hotel and room.

Everything was excellent. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful with everything we needed. The rooms were clean and the cleaning staff were very good too. The best location in Makkah with direct access to the clocktower and 5 minutes from Haram walking. No long elevator rides. 10/10. This will be the hotel I choose to stay in for all future visits.
