An excellent five star hotel which is luxurious. It has the easiest and quickest lifts to make your way to the kabah, 1 lift from reception and you are outside. Swissôtel Makkah
Property was okay. Elevators very slow as it’s busy but should have more elevators to accommodate the crowds. Glass windows should be cleaned from outside. Breakfast was cold and not many options
