"Very clean. There are 3 Novotel towers. Reception is in the tower 2 building. The breakfast is in tower 2 (top floor). Also, there is a salon for gents in tower 3 who took their time to shave boys’ heads unlike the hasty ones close to haram. Our family suite was great with 2 rooms (4 + 3 twin beds) enclosed by a common door. We didn’t use the hotel shuttle service. We would just take taxi to/ from haram for about 30 SR or so.
