"Good stay affected by the worst and laziest housekeeping I've ever experienced. Rooms were never cleaned before 4 pm despite several reminder calls a day. I stayed for 6 days and they only changed the sheets on day 5, only because I asked them to. To top it off, I told the room cleaner that I would leave a tip on my final morning. That was the only time in 6 days he bothered to show up in the morning. Shame on Pullman for hiring such lazy employees. Not staying here again. "

"It was a great experience staying at this hotel. Location was very convenient. Close to Haram, food and transportation. Stayed with family (including kids) and really enjoyed our visit. Breakfast was amazing with several menu options and a panoramic view of Masjid e Nabawi. Staff was very helpful and resolved any issues with housekeeping. Will highly recommend it and would love to stay there again."

"This was a fantastic option for us to complete our Umrah as it’s a walkable distance to the gate to enter the mosque. The breakfast options were endless so there are options for every one of all diets. The hotel room is well maintained and clean. Room service was timely, helpful and efficient. Overall, it was a great experience. I recommend you give Anjum a stay. "

"the staff was courteous (specially Mr. Yasser). He was very helpful and available from moment zero to the last minutes we left the hotel. the rooms were spotless and the view to the Haram was amazing. everyone in the hotel was running to make our stay comfortable. One note to hotel Admin: Please reconsider allowing the transportation company "Almosafer-Transport" to operate from your hotel; I had very bad experience with them and i don't recommend it to anyone. "

"It was an amazing stay. Staff was very helpful and the breakfast was amazing with plenty of options. It was ver close to Haram, easily walkable, with plenty of food and shopping options on the street. Room was very spacious with clean and plenty of amenities. We traveled with family including small children and it was easier to navigate despite being a huge property. I would highly recommend it to anyone and would definitely like to stay again."
