"Good stay affected by the worst and laziest housekeeping I've ever experienced. Rooms were never cleaned before 4 pm despite several reminder calls a day. I stayed for 6 days and they only changed the sheets on day 5, only because I asked them to. To top it off, I told the room cleaner that I would leave a tip on my final morning. That was the only time in 6 days he bothered to show up in the morning. Shame on Pullman for hiring such lazy employees. Not staying here again. "

" ⸻ I would give 5 stars to the hotel and the staff — they were excellent throughout our stay. The hotel manager was especially professional and helpful in resolving an issue we encountered. However, I wouldn’t book through Hotels.com again. The booking process was not transparent. The room shown during booking was of a much higher standard than the one we were initially given upon arrival.
