"Good stay affected by the worst and laziest housekeeping I've ever experienced. Rooms were never cleaned before 4 pm despite several reminder calls a day. I stayed for 6 days and they only changed the sheets on day 5, only because I asked them to. To top it off, I told the room cleaner that I would leave a tip on my final morning. That was the only time in 6 days he bothered to show up in the morning. Shame on Pullman for hiring such lazy employees. Not staying here again. "

"Had a wonderful experience here. We had a slightly delayed check in but were met at reception by a lovely lady who offered us special coffee and dates while we waited. The issue was that they couldnt find our booking on hotels.com To make up for the delay they allowed us late check out on the day we left. Our room was clean and spacious. King size bedroom. The bathroom was clean. The toilet area was separate to the shower area. Only downside was that there wasnt much lighting in the toilet...

We travelled from Scotland on an overnight flight and arrived very early, around 9 a.m. Although check-in was at 3 p.m., the staff kindly allowed us to check in early so we could rest, which we really appreciated. "There are two NARS hotels in Jeddah, and somehow Expedia showed us the wrong address. 5 stars to the manager lady who called the other hotel and transferred the booking to themselves. In spite of language barriers, they accommodated us very well. And room was a luxury two bedroom apartment. Area around the hotel is very safe, but it’s a cab drivers hub. "The address on Hotel.com is incorrect! No one knew the apartment by Moments and the address is for a pharmacy called Al Nahdi on Hira Street. After finally getting through to the management of the apartment, I was informed that the appartment block is actually called 'Lahdat' and further down Hira Street. Other then that, we enjoyed our stay at Lahdat. "
