"Amazing hotel! Very modern and up to date rooms. Excellent customer service. Let us check in a little early and check out a little late with no extra charge. House keeping and room service was also good. Very closer to the masjid. Lots of food and shopping options close by. Carpets in the hallway are a bit outdated but it looks like they are slowly renovating the entire hotel. Would love to stay here again!!"

Good hotel, shocking housekeeping.

"Good stay affected by the worst and laziest housekeeping I've ever experienced. Rooms were never cleaned before 4 pm despite several reminder calls a day. I stayed for 6 days and they only changed the sheets on day 5, only because I asked them to. To top it off, I told the room cleaner that I would leave a tip on my final morning. That was the only time in 6 days he bothered to show up in the morning. Shame on Pullman for hiring such lazy employees. Not staying here again. "

"Was having a problem with my booking at first because my booking was not in their system. So Hotels.com team communicate with the hotels team to settle.manage to get thru at last. Partial Kaabah view. It was a quick stay but i am very grateful to stay here."
