"Perfect stay for people visiting for umrah. We was about a 6 min walk from the haram."

"The room was clean, great view, staff for check in/check out pleasant, convenient gift shop, convenience store, dining outstanding. Distance from Masjid walkable but a little far. Would stay there again."

"Good stay affected by the worst and laziest housekeeping I've ever experienced. Rooms were never cleaned before 4 pm despite several reminder calls a day. I stayed for 6 days and they only changed the sheets on day 5, only because I asked them to. To top it off, I told the room cleaner that I would leave a tip on my final morning. That was the only time in 6 days he bothered to show up in the morning. Shame on Pullman for hiring such lazy employees. Not staying here again. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—just a 7-minute walk to the Mosque and nearby shops. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were very clean. The customer service was outstanding; the staff were all very helpful and understanding. The reception team, in particular, were extremely supportive and welcoming—especially the shift manager, who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay.
