"We had a wonderful stay at Makkah hotel. The room had 4 beds and a sofa bed, it was very spacious and comfortable for our family. The room and hotel was spotless and very clean throughout.
The location is excellent. Once you come down in the lift, you can walk straight through the mall and into the Haram. It takes less than a minute, which made it incredibly convenient, especially for salah.
A special thank you to Mr. Boston, the manager on the 24th floor, and all the housekeeping staff on the 24th floor. They were always friendly, hardworking, and ready to help whenever we needed anything. The gentleman at reception who checked us in was also very welcoming and kind.
We had a lovely stay, the service was excellent and we couldn't fault anything during our stay.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Makkah."
