"The word that best describes the hotel is fantastic! There are three buses operating 24 hours a day to take you to the Haram and bring you back (it’s only a 5-minute ride). They told me that Expedia has not paid them, so they need to see some proof. After 4 hours of back and forth they finally gave me the room. It was quite frustrating.
