"メトロのクローズネスト駅前でシティやセントラル駅へもアクセス抜群でした。 フロントがないので、不測の事態が起こった時は、メールや電話で英語でのやり取りをすることになります。 私の場合、チェックイン前の連絡を当日まですっかり忘れていて、早朝、電話し事情を話すと、すぐにチェックイン手続フォームが送られてきました。 そこにパスポート情報などを入力し送信。その後、昼過ぎに施設から建物に入るコードと、部屋の鍵の取り出し方などの情報が送られてきて無事に部屋に入ることができました。 部屋はスタジオタイプで、景色のいいバルコニー付きでとても綺麗でした。写真と同じ感じでした。 洗濯洗剤も滞在数分ほど用意されていたり、掃除道具も全てあり、快適な滞在となりました。 フロントがないので、チェックイン前後の荷物の預かりがないのが残念ですが、シドニーは色々な場所で荷物預けのサービスがあるので、そちらを利用しました。"

"What an oasis in the city - so easy to get to from international airport with the hotel over the Wynyard train station. The rooms are so well designed that the small scale felt just right - everything in its place and nothing that we wanted for. The rooftop library was brilliant for catching up on work and colabs with colleagues and the coffee and food spot on! The gym is well equipped and clean with brand new equipment. Service was exceptional. We’ll be back and will be recommending to all...

"Hotel location was peaceful and the receptionist were very kind all the time. There is one time children room the light bulb went off so when we inform them..the action was fast. In the standard room the heater was slow and a bit old...so very noisy during night as we need it in winter time. Breakfast very simple and nice. Wi-fi was very good. Actually, first we did not get the wi-fi access as they said it's not in the package but we manage to show the booking confirmation that includes wi-fi...
