"Beautiful location, ok food. Ac was not the best. Outdoor furniture was uncomfortable. Noise was a big issue, sound travel. Screaming was a constant problem at early morning hours. Pool was nice, no shade."

And than after the check in she introduced us to Alfred or personal concierge for our entire stay! Alfred was amazing. We got there and he’s like let me show you guys where the restaurant is because I know you guys are hungry as we’re walking. He’s explaining the hotel he explains. He’s our private concierge as well. He explains on the way that we could go go...

"All the staff were vey knowledgable, always helpful and friendly. The food was great with lots of options at all the show cooking buffets and the menus at the à la cartes were well laid out!! The CHIC Cabaret was the highlight of our entertainment regime. We were sad that both Canada and Mexico lost their FIFA football games while we were there cheering them on. The room was very nice, and although the beach was unusable while we were there, the pools more than made up for it. So many to choose...

"The property is right on the beach! We were unable to get in the water and use a lot of the amenities, like paddle boards, due to the sargassum (which is on every beach in the Riviera Maya). The restaurant staff were very attentive and the breakfast was good. They made us a to go meal on our last day. There is no other choice for meals in the area, so you need a car if you want to eat elsewhere. Taxis were $400-450 Mex pesos for a one way ride to the nearest village. You get 1 bottle of water...
