The property is great, the rooms are good size.
The property is located in the middle of a big road between playa del carmen and Tulum and there’s nothing around. You need to take a taxi if you want to go downtown Tulum, or playa del Carmen and the taxi prices are ridiculously expensive. You can’t take uber in here.
I would recommend this place if you have a car or if you plan to stay in the hotel the whole time.
