We were on the 3rd floor which was fine but if you have issues it could be a problem. As I said I love the little town but they are losing their beach. "The property is beautiful and the food and spa were amazing. We upgraded and got access to a special restaurant, the sauna, steam room and hot tub in the spa every day. It was beautiful! "Hay un animalito parecido al capibara (sereque mexicano), nunca había visto uno, que se pasea libremente por el hotel, es inofensivo y se le ve habituado a la gente. Por otro lado el sargazo fue un inconveniente porque no se pudo disfrutar del mar, hubo bandera roja, hay que consultar la temporada donde no haya.
