"The pool is amazing! Top notch hotel. Enrique, buffet waiter, is the best. The only downfall to this hotel is reservations to restaurants. You can only make one reservation per day and most reservations are already full. We could only get reservations at restaurants at the end of our stay because every other day was full. "

"We loved our stay at Serenity Glamping. Our accommodation was the "Lodge" which has a kitchenette and 3 bedrooms. I recommend the Lodge because the restaurant on site is VERY expensive so it is nice to be able to have your own food/drinks at your site. The Lodge was very private and wonderful! Only steps away from the beautiful XpuHa beach. :) "

"The resort was decent , not near as good of food as we have had at others and they must water down their alcohol due to when you watch them make your drink they put lots in but the drinks are not strong and not the best tasting. Honestly it was fun but I guess you get what you pay for it was much more affordable than some we have been to in the past but the trade of is the food and the drinks were not near as good. "

"Chez Waffle has a pretty back lounge area with view of the water and fish swimming into the inlet. The condition of the rooms is a bit dated. The prices of food on the high side. It is extremely quiet in this gated community. If you want lots to do, you are isolated. I did diviving and day trips every day, so spend little time at the hotel (only evenings). The local busses that run between Playa an d Tulum are excellent. Very cheap! Overall, enjoyed my stay and would do this again. I recommend...

We checked in, went to make reservations and there was NOTHING available for any night we were there. Nothing. We stayed 5 nights and had zero opportunity to have a nice sit down, non buffet, meal. "Amazing resort for families of all ages!"

"I am really not sure why/how this hotel is rated exceptional, but it is far from it! It is totally outdated and bathroom is terrible. The hotel was deserted (not sure why), the beach was small and rocky; TV didn’t work and is a super small; AC either blasted high or low and the controls didn’t work. Even despite being given the best room in hotel, these were issues. Saving grace was view of ocean from room, but low value for the high price! Disappointed!!"

It felt like every meal and experience had “upgrade” options that you had to pay for which took away from the convenience of the all inclusive. After check in we wanted to sit by the pool but the place where we needed to get towels was closed. We were looking forward to the catamaran experience but it had to get cancelled due to weather. That was understandable. But it was not...
