It’s near 2 vaporetto stations (accademia & zattere) Breakfast was filling Staffs were helpful Elevator availble Heater functional Relatively safe !!!complimentary drinks included!!! (Fizzy drinks, beers, juices, nespresso, mineral water). Cons Tiny bit difficult to find Breakfast menu...

"We loved this hotel, we chose it due to its close proximity to the train station. We were pleasantly surprised by the amazing free breakfast that they offer. The staff was so sweet and friendly. They don’t have an elevator so that’s a challenge, but they will help you with your luggage and we asked for a porter to help us with our luggage to the train station on the day we left and that was so helpful. Local restaurants are amazing too. "
