"Very solid, clean, safe hotel, but staff at front desk does not acknowledge customers who have been there before. No “welcome back”, “nice to see you again” and I have stayed there 5 times."

"Our room was the Executive King, it was decently sized, and shockingly quiet. I was so concerned about noise booking so close to Times Square, while our room had no view we didn’t hear any horns, sirens etc. The location is FANTASTIC, close to Broadway theaters, multiple subway stations etc. we truly enjoyed our visit."

"The staff at this property is amazing, friendly and accommodating. The room and lobby were immaculate which was a big concern for me. Towels fluffy, great air con, hot showers! The area around hotel was a little dicey and we were approached by more that one person asking for money. Hotel locks door at 7p which I thought was a great idea. Would totally recommend for short NYC stay. "
