"Such a beautiful place to stay, the staff were so helpful and friendly and we felt so welcomed. The mini fridges in our rooms didnt work and one of the toilets was noisy and kept flushing throughout the night unless we banged on the flusher to stop it. The free shuttle to and from Sentosa was amazing the drivers were always helpful. Ww would definitely recommended Sofitel to friend's and family would stay there again if we come back to Singapore. "

"Great experience overall. Staff is very helpful and forthcoming. Pool is really nice for lap swimming. Gym has all it needs. The room was small but had a nice view on the river, where one was able to watch the wildlife of thr river. Only minus point is that one cannot open any windows and due to the small room, clothes tend to dry very slow (wardrobe is next to the bathroom)"

Good family hotel & quite budget friendly too

"First time my family stayed here. We were offered an upgrade upon arrival but decided not to take it. The room was quite old but comfortable, so 2 days later we decided to see if we would want to take the upgrade. The Duty Manager, Fadzrul, very kindly took us to look at 3 rooms before we chose the Family Room at no extra charge. All the counter staff were so nice but Fadzrul was extra nice & clear in his explanations & help. The hotel is near MRT & has a 7-11 attached & is convenient to travel to all the places we wanted to go to. It is informal & nice & family-friendly & the cost of staying there is one of the more budget-friendly in Singapore for a bigger hotel. Overall happy & would stay again."
