"We had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around, and we especially loved the pool and the amazing view from the pool area. We booked a Superior Room, which was comfortable and met our expectations. The housekeeping staff were excellent and serviced our room every day, keeping it clean and tidy throughout our stay. There were a few areas that could be improved. Calling reception early in the morning was difficult, as they answered the phone very late and we often had to call multiple times. Our TV remote also did not work, and although we informed reception, the issue was never resolved during our stay. The room had quite a bit of dust under the bed, and there also seemed to be dust coming from the air conditioning. The bathroom ventilation could also be improved. Overall, we enjoyed our stay because of the excellent location, beautiful pool, and hardworking housekeeping staff. However, better responsiveness from reception and improved room maintenance would make the experience much better."
