"Really well kept building and rooms. But one thing it lacked was having a cupboard? Having a few hangers is difficult when youโ€™re sharing with your friend and have lots of outfits and stuff for the trip. It was also pretty dark even with full lights on. Staff were really kind and appreciated the proximity to stores and places to explore!"

"The location is very good. There are many benchmarks around the hotel, and here have many shoppes, facilities, and restaurants. Also, I was easily able to make some running courses. All the staff are kind and handle things quickly. If there is something you need help with, just ask them or leave a note at the board by the door. If itโ€™s something they can do, theyโ€™ll do it kindly."

"The hotel itself was excellent. Sadly, the staff werenโ€™t always so helpful - but always friendly. Some inconsistencies with room service during my stay: coffee arriving cold, wrong order, no condiments - that sort of thing. I had a massage at the spa and my masseuse was truly a magician (thanks again)! One thing that I did struggle with is the caged birds in reception. Granted they were there all day, but still, they did bounce around their cages which was sad to see."

"Room was clean with great views. Club Lounge was a great option for us as we had planned to stay in for most of the day. The 5 meal presentations throughout the day provided the perfect amount of food, buffet style. Breakfast options at the Colony at the ground floor was much more abundant compared to the Club Lounge offering. Would recommend visiting there instead."
