"The property was beautiful, with a very dramatic lobby. The staff was courteous, and quite helpful with any questions that I may have. My Marina Bay view room was incredible, well worth the extra cost. I loved the easy access to the mall, underneath the hotel. One reason that I booked this hotel, was that it reminded me of the grand feel, of the Hyatt Regency in San Francisco, which I have always loved."

"Superb staff, the concierge, Rizwan and Sarwes were excellent. Chong, the front desk manager (he is a manager , I am not sure if that is the correct area that he manages) is superb, he just joined you from Millenium. He is very friendly. Chun Wei and Shaminah at the front desk are very very good too. Rose in housekeeping is really friendly, helpful too. She kept our room very clean. Siba, the doorman is very nice and helpful too.
