Marina Bay Cruise Centre Singapore

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The room was large, well equiped and the bed was super comportable with beatuful soft linen and comfortable pillows. The bathroom was large with plenty of good quality toiletries and the room had great air con. The staff were next level - every person I spoke with with was eager to help and very friendly. yet professional. The cocktail bar on the prmises was fantastic - well priced (a very long happy hour) and well made with great staff in a cosy setting. The pool with a bar was also wonderful. The location was fantastic being accross the road from Chijmes with many choices or restaurants and bars. We travel to Singapore every year and have tried many hotels - we've now found where we will always stay, this hotel beats all the others.

I was initially given the wrong room type. Instead of apologizing, the staff made excuses about F1 crowds and refused to fix it. Only after I repeatedly argued my case did they finally give me the booked room. To make matters worse, no one helped me move, and I had to carry my own heavy suitcases to the new room. Absolutely unacceptable service.
