"We had lost our valuable pair of shoes in a bag during the during the checkout. Not effective follow ups by hotel managament after few calls and re-visit to hotel. Disappointed the complaint not addressed and just by "Not Found", is not something acceptable to this type prestigious hotel."
"Loved how central the hotel is, walkable distance to raffle city, Chinatown and other places. Buses are easily accessible around the area also. Having a bathtub is a bonus. It’s highly recommended!"
