"We stayed in the family select section and there was so much attention paid to stocking the room with things we would want and need. They understood our son is older (12) and made sure there were age appropriate things for him to do for fun.
Each building has a personal butler and concierge who offered to plan an itinerary for us every day based on how we felt.

"Was a truly wonderful hotel, from the rooms to the staff to the service everything here was an amazing experience. Found the staff to be extremely helpful and accommodating with top notch service and the hotel is very well located with a gorgeous stretch of beach area and walking distance to the best restaurants and bars in tulum. "Wow! What a beautiful resort. The staff was so kind and attentive. Everything was spotless. The music was very relaxing.
