My husband and I loved our stay here! The property was stunning, clean and well kept. I was worried about not having direct beach access but the shuttle service to their own private beach club was seamless and readily available. There are lots of large pools to choose from as well. The food was outstanding, especially for an all inclusive resort. There are lots of restaurant options and surprisingly, our meal at the French restaurant was our favorite!

I had a fantastic day celebrating my 25th birthday here. The place is spotlessly clean, and the staff was incredibly attentive. The room layout was spa like and gorgeous for pictures. However, if you’re looking for nightlife, you’ll be disappointed. The main-floor bar closes at around 11 PM, and the sports bar is usually empty. On the bright side, the pools are well-maintained during the day, and the food and drinks are quite good.

Amazing resort! Everything was beautiful, clean, and well taken care of. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay. The atmosphere was relaxing, the food and drinks were great, and there was always something to enjoy. The service definitely made the experience even better. Fantastic stay! The hotel was Beautiful and the staff around the resort were always friendly and helpful. Both Itzel and Nataly were wonderful and helped us with all our needs! We got engaged on our trip and the hotel made us feel very loved and special helping us celebrate this occasion!!! This hotel will forever hold a place in our hearts with its lovely food at the grotto and breakfast at the jasmine restaurant! All of the pools were wonderful as well as plenty of places to lay out and sunbath or leave bags! Drinks were fantastic and staff always made sure you were topped up! The beach club was also lovely and quiet with great pools also! Would highly recommend

Room was clean . Staff was nice wasn’t a fan of the room service breakfast but the jasmine restaurant they have was amazing !!!! The preferred club grotto restaurant was great the beach club was fun. My husband and I stayed here for 8 days, from August 23rd to August 31st, and we truly had the best time! We also got married at the resort and had the most beautiful ceremony there. Everything was absolutely wonderful! Everyone, from Jennifer, our wedding planner, to Arturo, our personal butler, was amazing. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and responsive whenever we had questions or needed anything. The entire staff was so kind, welcoming, and resourceful throughout our stay. There’s some stores nearby that you can check out also (ex: 7-11, pharmacy, restaurants) located up the street (3-5 minute) walk from the hotel. If you want to book an excursion they already have a company there that has excursions available that you can book that come with a lot of goodies. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience for such a special trip and wedding. We made so many beautiful memories here and would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone looking for an amazing getaway or destination wedding!
