"The villa was spacious and the plunge pool was nice. However, it’s in a remote location so you need a car. We had no power one day and no water three times during our two week stay. Also it was noisy at night due to a two day wedding where they blasted the music and cats fighting right outside the window. "

"Stayed for 6 nights and absolutely loved it! The staff (Eric and Dario) was extremely nice!!! They were really helpful, patient, and informative. I went in the middle of July, so it was really hot and humid. However, most areas except the lobby and sports bar have air conditioning. I totally recommend this resort for a chill and adventurous vacation."

"I love this Hotel, It was my 3rd time visiting this hotel and we are making plans to back again . I love Catalonia Royal Tulum Hotel because it is not a very big resort and the atmosphere is very welcoming. All the staff is 5 stars. I want especially mention "Rosario" from Room service, her excellent attention, also I want to mention "Quetzabel" from the Buffet, she is fantastic!. Also Carmen from the Italian restaurant "Mamma Mia" her attention and the food was really great! I was in Catalonia hotel for 6 nights, I was there for my Birthday and I enjoy so much the neon Party with all guys of entertainment that did a great job all the days that I was there with my husband. "
