"Room wax clean, staff friendly and explained that if I needed anything, like cutlery, more towels etc, to just ask. Pool was lovely, gym also was good. I didn’t use many of the facilities as was working, but had a nice area to sit outside in the evening and was ideally situated. It was very hot the week I was there, I left the window open all the time and that helped. No air con, but I’m not a fan of that anyway. "Really lovely hotel in the perfect location reception staff were lovely. unfortunately the roof terrace is not great not aimed at the hotel guests an it seems to be aimed at the young and beautiful 😊 and the drinks are ridiculously expensive however there is a good pub across the road would stay there again "

"My room was clean and comfortable. It had an iron and a refrigerator as well as tea and coffee facilities. The showers are good and easy to use. Breakfast buffet was good quality. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall it was a good experience at the price."

For some reason I thought I purchased a view bit to my surprise I didn’t there were other apartments in view which was on as I didn’t stay in my hotel only for sleeping.the hotel is close to the bus station but the metro tube is not close but doable with large suitcase (use the lift/elevator) to transport. "Fabulous hotel in a great location, just a few steps from Aldgate East tube station and one stop to Liverpool Street station, which has a train direct to Stanstead airport. Staff in hotel were great, were able to let us check in early ( cost £30) "
