"We were very early to check-in and just wanted to leave our bags we were offered an early check-in if we accepted an upgrade at a price, we were under no time pressure so declined to upgrade but we were then immediately checked in and given our rooms, I didn't like that as it suggested the hotel were trying to get more money out of us, a little thing but left us feeling a little uncomfortable. Other than that although the room was very small it was OK, nothing special but OK."

"Shower didn’t work right (too high, leaked on the floor, etc.) and there was a wet spot/stain on the room’s floor as we got there (like something had been spilt or leaked from the ceiling but neither hadn’t). "

"I thought the staff was excellent.
I was particularly impressed with Saish, the restaurant- manager in the evening. We ate most dinners at the hotel. Saish was helpful and knowledgeable about the city and the attractions and provided us with a unique insight into places to visit and how to best reach the different destinations over our five night stay.
If you have a question during your stay, ask Saish.
