"Everything went well. We checked in and the staff was very friendly. The room was small but enough for a couple staying 5 nights. It's clean, comfy bed and new appliances in the room. Breakfast can be very busy, and after reading the previous reviews we decided to wake up early to have breakfast of which was very goods. At 7am it was busier than 6:30, but we didn't mind an early day as we were out to enjoy the day without the crowd. Location was perfect, close to everything and good public...

"Our room was small, but clean, better than average for a typical NYC hotel. The biggest problem was that wifi did not work in our room. We had to use the very crowded breakfast area to do our online work; having to do this was quite unpleasant, especially since we stayed there 3 nights. The staff was excellent, but even with continuing promises that the wifi would be fixed in our room, it wasn't. The manager spoke with us on our last morning, apologizing for this, but if one wants or needs...

"Awesome staff, they hold your bags. It's in a good spot. The downside was the room was so small. There is no phone in the room, no bible, and no complimentary anything. The bathroom door does not close, it's a foggy glass door that stays open and the bathroom is right next to the bed so it made it really difficult to have privacy. We had 3 days 2 nights and the internet never worked so we had no tv. All we could do is sleep so I guess it's good for that. Not the worst ever but definitely not...
