Would have been nice to know that a shuttle was available at the airport to take you to the hotel. Their video was outdated. Center boulevard is not the same as their video

Front desk staff get my standing ovation. Check in made enjoyable and when needed help for medical issue, they were awesome. The place is wonderful, clean, and would definitely go there again.

Clean, spacious rooms in a pristine garden oasis setting. There was little available in walking distance, however, and taxis were expensive to nearby attractions. It is a lovely place to stay while waiting for a flight.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. My room was a good size and it too was spotlessly clean during my entire stay. The staff were friendly. The location of the hotel is excellent, near many attractions, shopping, restaurants and neighbourhoods. It was amazing that it was so quiet given proximity to Gran Via.

The Hotel is a beautiful place to stay. Close to train station, the Palace, as well as many iconic spots . The room was very spacious as we received an upgrade. Thank you!!! Comfy bed, clean bathroom and very quiet. Highly recommend. David from the Rock.🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
