"Beautiful setting and hotel. There were some very strange noises in the night"

"All ok - the hotel is looking a little tired in places. It was very busy for this weekend, and there was a long queue for check in, and a few niggles but nothing major. (Water not replaced in the room, lack of the jacuzzi working, shortages at breakfast etc) - nothing too drastic but just could have been a bit better."

"I booked for my son and wife for their wedding night. The Hotel was extremely helpful, allowing them to store an overnight bag prior to the wedding. They added 'Honeymoon' touches to the room, I requested a room with a view even though it was a city centre hotel. It overlooked the Peace Gardens which was really nice. Hotel kept in contact prior to the stay with information re parking etc. which is available with a charge. Good breakfast available if required. All in all everything was just perfect for them."
