"We stayed at this resort for 9 nights 4/9-4/18/26. The check in process was painfully slow and the front staff were not friendly. Upgraded to premium level which was not worth it. Room had no air conditioning and staff was not accommodating. Room was dirty and very outdated. Food at breakfast and lunch was poor and dinners were terrible. Spa was overpriced and massage was probably the worst massage I've had. Expedia only allows a short review but I would not recommend this resort to anyone. "

"⸻ Our stay at Hotel Kukulkan was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Everything exceeded expectations, from the beautiful property to the overall atmosphere. What I loved the most were the parties, they were so much fun and really made the experience unforgettable. The shuttle service to other RIU hotels for parties was a huge plus, making it easy to explore and enjoy different vibes without any hassle. Another thing that stood out was how convenient everything was when it came to excursions. Transportation was always easily accessible, which made planning activities smooth and stress-free. Lastly, the service truly made a difference. The servers were incredibly nice, polite, and attentive throughout our stay, always making us feel welcome. I would definitely recommend Hotel Kukulkan to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and seamless vacation experience."

"This is our second stay at NYX first time we had a lagoon view. This time we upgraded and went with the ocean view room was awesome. As with the first time, the staff that work there make the place a great resort super friendly the entertainment at the pool magic bar even the waves in the ocean are awesome to body surf you take a walk on the beach one mile each way you come back to NYX and the place is hopping. They’re doing something right and the new restaurant was great. Food was perfect. Shout out to my friend Joel. Great seeing you again at the restaurant. if you’re looking at reviews, just go for it and stay at NYX. You will love the place. we are beach people so I give that a 10. again, thanks to all the staff for making it a great vacation again"
