"The shuttle system was good getting us from the hotel. However, getting back to the hotel was a hassle (especially if you are traveling with kids). The system is excellent for adults. Overall, the hotel was great and conveniently located. Walmart is across the street and so are several restaurants and stores."

"Homes were a nice size, pools as well. Asked well in advance for early check-in and check-out but not given either. Breakfast was okay somedays, pastries were delicious and fresh, scrambled eggs were runny everyday and sausage patties were good except one day when they were well overcooked. It would have been nice to have some variety with breakfast. Grounds were clean. Water pressure and heat were lacking. They had a bbq but no propane tank. Cooking pan was so warped and unusable. It would be nice if they kept these in good condition or replaced. Staff were friendly. We didn’t use the waterpark but it looked impressive."

"I love the property and love the pools etc.We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa on the west side of the property. We were traveling with several of my friends and all of our teenage kids. There were 15 in total. We talked to the property staff a few days before we checked in to try and make sure our two 3 bedroom villas were near each other. After 30 minutes on the phone with a representative, she assured me that we would be in building 5500 and on the same floor. She put it in both of the notes of both reservations. We were also told they would remove the resort fee when we checked in because we were FL residents (FL and GA residents have their resort fee waived) Our day of check in was extremely frustrating as the staff at the front desk said we would NOT be on the same floor as our other party we were traveling with, and we would NOT be getting our resort fee waived. We were told we should take care of the resort fee when we reserved. We asked them to please show us exactly how so we would know for next time. She just repeated over and over that is should be done ahead of time. She then waived it with a snarky "This time" we will. honour it but not next time. We were also put on different floors. Also at check out - our other party was given a late checkout by an hour - our villa was told "absolutly NOT" We only wanted ONE hour. OUr villa was not allowed like the other party we traveled with. We also had no bedding for one of our sofa beds. We asked and it was never given to us."
