"Loved our cottage. Had no idea it was going to be 3 floors. Clean airy rooms that were the perfect size for my family of five. Each bedroom had a bathroom and there was a half bath on the main floor. A full working kitchen and a MARGARITA MACHINE planted right on the breakfast bar! Also washer and dryer. My only issue was the backdoor that led to the jacuzzi. It was sealed shut. Code worked but we could not get that door open and didn't want to break it. Contacted the staff who respond by text immediately but maintenance never arrived. We still got to use the jacuzzi but had to walk around the house. But we still had a good time and made our way to the H20 Waterpark. Family friendly Waterpark. Lots of nearby restaurants. Would love to go back."

"The staff at the front desk were very helpful and pleasant. The room was fresh and clean. The cleaning staff at this property seemed very honest. I accidentally left my iPad and went to another resort. I returned to the property, and my iPad was in lost and found. I was so impressed because it could have gone another way."

"Pros: Large, spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath with giant, jetted tubs. Full kitchen, comfy couch, tons of tv channels. Nice, quiet property very close to Disney, Formosa Winery, and a lot of restaurants and souvenir shops. Loved the privacy of two separate bedrooms and the screened patio. Cute little rabbits on the paths and a nice gazebo and pool, plus a beautiful lake. Cons: Check-in says 4pm on the site, 3pm in the confirmation message sent by the property. We arrived at 3:30pm with frozen and fresh groceries in the car, in Florida, in July. We were told our room wasn't ready. We went to the closest restaurant. At 4:45pm, we called and were told our room still wasn't ready. We asked why, were put on hold, then given a room. Not sure what happened there, but we hadn't budgeted for a restaurant that day. No apology was offered, which would have gone a long way."
