Both people I interacted with at the front desk for check in and check out were absolutely amazing! We were a big party of about 11 with multiple rooms. The hotel was perfect for our 1 night stay! Would recommend and stay again.

This Motel is good to reach, clean and has a good pool. The rooms are not the newest ones, but well equipped (coffee, fridge, shampoo). There is a target across the street and Universal Studio and Highway are nearby. The Mexican „Restaurant“ next to it has very good food and the only disadvantage of the Motel is the location near the airport, so sometimes airplanes are flying directly overhead, but that‘s it.

Very run down and dirty, our first room the AC didn’t work and the shower was all cold water and trickled Out. The staff however were very nice and pleasant, and did give us a new room with working AC. The pool looked nice and the outside areas were clean and kept up. Great location if they update the rooms I would return.

We did a quick overnight stay for an event at universal. The staff was super friendly, the location was perfect, room was basic, but clean and had what we needed to shower, sleep, and relax after a long day.

This hotel was sold to be much nicer than it is. Yes, it was a decent room for a 1 night stay, sure. Parking was convenient. But there was no ventilation in the bathroom which made the room incredibly hot when someone showered, the room was tiny and hard to move around, and the metal bed frame made a loud bang noise with every moment, it was just not what was expected.

ANME convention 2025

The lady helping us was nice. Check in took about 5 minutes and you get vouchers for breakfast at the taco shop next door, which was delicious!! The room was a little small but it had an actual closet! It is an older hotel and could use some love, especially in the shower. But the beds were very comfortable and overall we had a nice stay. They have 2 parking lots and they are well lit. The area was pretty quiet and close to where we needed to go.
