"There was a plumbing problem with the room, but the staff fixed it immediately by changing our room. The staff is great."

"Everything was excellent except the coffee and breakfast. I have stayed at three star hotels that offer free coffee in the lobby that tastes better than the $5 coffee that I had to wait in line for at Bodega. And Preston's breakfast buffet was hardly worth the $34 given the quality of the items on the menu were nothing special, and it was no wonder the place seemed empty. But the room was very nice, the other amenities were great, and our view was spectacular."

"The restaurant staff were allusive and you never knew if it was open. Everytime i ordered something it was strange- chicken parm with no marinara, spinach artichoke dip was cheese dip that was cold with no artichokes, no icecream for the lava cake, which was the only dessert. The staff at the restaurant hid all of the time, it was annoying. I did Love the night auditor Scott- he was so accommodating and wonderful. I had a screaming baby next door that checked in at 0130 am and someone stomping on the ceiling constantly in the room above me, he found a new room for me that next morning and talked me thru my tiredness. I loved him. The shuttle only gave us 1 ride from the airport to the hotel- that was it. it not available or full for our entire stay so we used lyft for everything. And there was no gym and i really need one. the traffic outside is really loud and consistent and i found it hard to sleep. i did like the look of the hotel and i did like one other girl at the front desk, she was. really sweet, but no one really had any ideas to help us out when i had questions. They need to work on quitting this hotel down, you can hear everything. and the restaurant needs some supervision. "

"Absolutely loved our two nights stay here. Perfect location for Universal Studios. The front desk staff was so welcoming and accommodating. Lovely pastries every morning and restaurants close by for easy dinners. "

"Would never stay here again! Definitely over paid for this room! I don’t even know where to start! The lampshade was melted the shutters in the bathroom were broken, the bath towels were tiny and thin, the bedding was terrible, the floors were sticky. Now let’s move on to the noise level! You will not be resting while staying here! It was like sleeping on the actual highway! There was a pair of homeless teens smoking in parking area of the hotel! The rating on this hotel was very high, you will be highly disappointed if you choose to stay here! You might be better off to spend the night in your car! Will absolutely never stay here again! "

"Rooms and hotel was clean but the pool and hot tub was disappointing. The water was cloudy and looked dirty. Only 2 jets in the hot tubs were working."
