"The hotel is beautiful and the queen room with the pull out couch and balcony was very spacious. We were a little disappointed with the water pressure though. Other people staying with me felt the bed was very comfortable, but for me personally, I felt the bed was too hard for my liking. This comes down to personal preference though. The staff was very welcoming and very helpful. In a good location that is close to everything, but set back enough from the main strip. About 20min from cape henlopen, and 10min from Rehoboth by car."

"Great location! A short block from shops, bars, restaurants, and all the excitement but still very quiet and comfortable. What impressed me most was the army of cleaning people that showed up in the mornings. The place is spotless. We were disappointed in only one thing. I was told they had a great breakfast but we found out that after peak season no more eggs and bacon just muffins, instant oatmeal, etc. "
