Clean, renovated room, smelled nice throughout, kept very clean. Very friendly and accommodating staff who were able to help us out with an early check-in. Quiet place to stay, few minutes’ drive to Universal resorts, i-drive, shopping, and Seaworld; maybe 15-20m drive from the Disney parks. Nice well stocked pool bar, very convenient to have laundry right in the room as well. We love this hotel and we always have a great time!

Overall very good place to stay. We had minor issues with the room including a fridge that was not very cold but more than likely just needed to be defrosted, and the shower would not get very hot. Otherwise, it was very nice. Friendly staff, nice pool and bar area, and it was very convenient having a kitchen and washer/dryer in our room. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, overall. It's priced right and set up for families and long stays as well. There is no free breakfast but there are so many options close by! I love that it's close to everything that matters in Orlando! I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was great. Room was clean and staff was attentive and helpful. There was an issue with the hot water for a while, but as soon as the staff was made aware of the problem, they immediately worked to fix it and it was back quickly. Very professional. Highly recommend this place!
