"Property is amidst rice paddies and about a 10 minute drive to Ubud Centre. Our villa was spacious with a big open air bathroom. Shower always had hot water. Toilet seat not in the best condition and should be replaced. Breakfast extemely simple with a pancake or egg option, tea or coffee, toast. Anything extra is an additional charge. "The hotel is about an 8 minuite walk from the center of Ubud. The hotel is very quiet at night which is nice after walking the streets and restaurants and shops in the centre of town. You can relax and the staff are EXTREMELY helpful and cater for all your needs. They use WhatsApp so you can order your breakfast to your room every day and sit on the porch in front of the small pool which we did every morning.
